How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Accountsjimmy Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Accountsjimmy Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Accountsjimmy Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@accountsjimmy.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Send It
First, we will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will review what happened. This may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also be able to help.
